The article is described the legal OWL ontology which does obvious conceptual knowledge in the domain of lawsuit is described, supports reasoning on domain, and can be used for annotation of the text of lawsuit which in turn can be used for replenishment of ontology. The filled ontology can be used for the information search, extraction and case based reasoning.
