Formation of spelling competence in elementary school using information technologies

The article deals with the literacy creation in the process of learning Ukrainian language in primary schools. It contains a brief description of the training exercises method and the language exercises typology. It is analyzed the existing program-simulators for creation and consolidation of spelling skills. The paper offers the electronic simulator draft for the 3d grade.
