Abstract

The article analyzes the potential of social networks for use in the education system. The combination of information and communications technology and learning technologies significantly affects the educational process in General and contributes to the formation of information educational environment, which is a feature ensuring activization of informative activity of students in the learning process.The article analyzes the experience of using social networks in educational process of the University for enhancing cognitive activity of students.
