The editor makes decisions on the publication of the submitted paper basing upon the journal policy and upon the scientific value exclusively as well as upon the reviewers’ decisions. The editor observes current rules concerning the copyright violation and plagiarism. To make correct decisions, the editor has the right to consult with the reviewers or members of the editorial body.

Privacy

Neither editor nor editorial body has the right to disclose any data concerning the submitted manuscript (author(s), topics, texts etc.) to anyone except the corresponding author, (potential) reviewers, and publisher depending on the situation.

  • it contains references for the quotations, tables, figures, and the papers by other authors.

The author should avoid multiple or parallel publications. He/she should not publish his/her manuscripts describing one and the same research in more than one journal or initial publication. Submission of one and the same manuscript into several journals contradicts the rules of scientific ethics.
